Happy New Year friends! I've been traveling to spend time with family and friends and just met a wonderful guy so I've been going out on fun dates with him. I came out of retirement from dating to get to know this guy. Before I went into retirement I dated an ex-NFL player who played for the Bears. He's an eternal bachelor and I didn't catch on soon enough, so now I'm pretty guarded. I'm working on letting my guard down so I don't lose a good guy.

With all the travel and parties I haven't been working out at all. I feel out of sorts when I'm not working out, discombobulated, like I lost my wallet. I'm looking forward to getting back into a routine. I'm starting to think about my fitness goals for 2016. I'm thinking one day a week of Pilates on the reformer...which always makes me feel great, one hard interval run day, three heavy, low rep weightlifting days (push, pull, legs), and one day on the mountain doing a long hike.

I know everyone's crazy busy right now, but whenever you get a chance, I'd like to know what you're starting to think about for your 2016 fitness routine and nutrition.
