Fitbit or MFP for tracking exercise?

I just got my Fitbit Charge HR and I'm trying to figure out if I should log my exercise in MFP or just let my heart rate from my Fitbit during exercise log it. I do workout videos at home and the exact workouts are not available in the MFP database. Anyone have any thoughts?

Read the FAQ found in the stickies. (The FAQ is long! But worth it.) Here's a link: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10098937/faq-syncing-logging-food-exercise-calorie-adjustments-activity-levels-accuracy/p1
The tl;dr is: Don't log exercise in MFP, log it in Fitbit or let your Fitbit automatically do it for you.0 -
I feel the Fitbit does a better job of determining my burn than MFP's database ever could. Once your Fitbit gets to know you, it is much more accurate. Otherwise why bother with a HR device at all?0

So, do you just use MFP for logging food or do you only use your Fitbit for logging food?0

Use mfp for logging food and fitbit for logging exercise0

I've been wondering the same. Thanks!
And thanks for the sticky. Gonna peruse now.
Do you guys use MFPs calorie allotment for food or Fitbits? MFP gives me more calories.
****Edited to remove a question that was answered in the FAQ. No need to be redundant. Lol.

I go by the calories that MFP displays. The difference (if you've got both Fitbit and MFP set to the same rate of weight loss) should pretty much disappear by the end of the day (i.e. midnight). So, if you look back at the previous day's calorie values, they should be close. (For instance, yesterday Fitbit says I had 273 calories left and MFP says I had 282 calories left, so 9 calories different.)0 -
I would like someone to help me with my Fitbit if they can and if they can please send me an email to michael.glenday552@gmail.com or my home email address which is michael@glenday.id.au and when I get my computer back and it is working then I can get it or they can get me on my MFP when I have access.0
