New To Fitbit and totally lost

I just synced it today. It says I get 942 calories. Does that sound right? I also need to burn 750 calories a day, does that include just existing? I have no clue either what my fitbit user name is LOL. I do know that I'm almost 400 calories over my goal. I've got alot to learn. I have the Charge HR
