Fitbit adjustment

Fitbit users!! I have some questions about the Fitbit adjustments on MFP when using my Fitbit charge HR. Right now it says I have 500+ adjusted...
1. Does that mean I can eat 500 and still reach my goal of losing weight?
2. How accurate is this number?
3. Should I only eat half of my adjusted calories back?
4. Did I officially gain 500 calories more or could that number decrease if I'm sedentary for the rest of the day?
Thank you in advance for your help!

I have the same question. Anyone? Anyone?0

1. Yes
2. It depends. Some find it's very accurate, some will say it's overstated
3. Try half for a few weeks, monitor your loss, then adjust as needed
4. That 500 calories is MFP's estimate if your activity remains constant for the entire day. Move more, earn more. Move less, earn less or even lose your adjustment (if negative calories are enabled).0 -
