Normally, I am lazy in the morning and not super creative. For a smoothie, I will use a banana as my base, add in any fruit fruit that I have and some almond milk (or citrus if I add in spinach or kale). More often, I make a chocolate protein shake, which again will use a banana as the base, almond (or soy) milk, chocolate protein powder, 1 TBSP instant coffee, and frozen berries (my husband likes strawberries or cherries the best).0
