Cheers! To a new year full of health and wellness And it couldn't have come at a better time! I am ready to kick some butt this year!!! (mostly my own!) lol I hope some of you will join me in getting back at it... You are all more than welcome! Happy New Years

Sorry for being gone for the last few months. My eating disorder flared up and it resulted in me having to take a break from scales, measuring, etc. Unfortunately, as you can see, there was a good deal of bounce back. So, I'm back at it.

3 years ago this awesome group helped me lose over 100 pounds. I stopped my journey when I started law school a year and a half ago but I'm back. I refuse to let law school get my weight back in the 300s. So here's my journey to my ultimate goal weight!

I've jumped in here in prior years. Lost 30 before(in 2014 or 2015) but went back up 15 and didn't track or anything for so long. So I started still down 15 from my all time high observed weight.
