I lost 30lbs in one month before receiving treatment. Since completing the treatment a year ago I gained back 60 lbs. I'm now in the obese category.
Working hard to go from 230 to 170.
Ballroom dancing and myfitnesspal will be my help.
Seems like symptoms of graves is slowly coming back so weight loss may pick up.
