I just realized that I need to lose about .5 lbs each of the next two weeks. My maintenance weight is 119 but we are going to visit our son and two grandsons for 6 days at Easter and I want to be about 2 lbs below maintenance because I know I will not get to eat my regular food all the time while traveling. I have three weeks to lose about 1.8 lbs. I would rather lose it before than after.
I don't think I can do that. I think my body and mind wants to stay at my current weight. At 68, it is just not worth it to me to kill myself at the gym or injure something. I just need to be happy at my current weight.0 -

Vicky, good thinking! Half a pound a week, when you're so close to goal, and 5'2 is too aggressive. Just have a good time, and get back on track after

I'm officially discouraged & frustrated!! I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I know I'm having trouble with getting enough sleep & water but other than the "cookie binge" one night this week, I had my food choices under control. Not happy, but I'm pushing forward. I started "Always Hungry? " by David Ludwig. I'd like to say I'm strong & determined but honestly, I'm too damn stubborn to give up!!0 -

You have lost more than 13lbs! which is more than any of us in the group. Your hard work is paying off. Doesn't seem like you're doing anything wrong to me.0 -

You did awesome! Please dont be discouraged! You have two weeks left here! I know if you tell yourself "I want to be down this week" each week, you will see some kind of loss. You are crazy determined I know it! You've come so far already. You're here every day. You can finish this strong like you want to!! Oxox0 -

Seem to be just hanging out at the same weight for the last month. But hope to lose about 1 lb more before Easter vacation.
