My fitbit charge hr does not add up mathematically with the exercise calories it gives me on mfp. I am trying to gain .5 pounds a week- I am in my 2nd trimester of pregnancy. My fitbit yesterday gave me exercise calories to eat back at 571. I eat 1940 (with 250 already included for the .5 gain) a day sedentary and have gained .5 a week, and now incorporating exercise by doctors recomendation. but on the fitbit app it said I burned 2167. But 2167 + 250( for the .5 gain) is 2417. So why would mfp tell me with the fitbit adjustment to eat 571 + 1940 = 2511.

Look on the exercise page of the MFP website (or the diary on the phone app) and click on the 'i' next to the Fitbit calorie adjustment (or touch, and touch again in the phone app). That will show you the math that MFP used to compute your calorie adjustment.
