    My goals for the next 100 days:
    1. Lose 7-8 lbs.
    2. Drink at least 48 oz water daily
    3. Log food daily
    4. Exercise 5x per week
    5. Try to post updates more frequently...very challenging with my schedule!

    Goals for today:
    48++ oz water
    Get rest-fighting a chest cold :-(

    My goals for the next 100 days:
    1. Stay low carb amd track on MFP daily
    2. Not let work get in the way of a healthy life style
    3. Strength training 3x per week.
    4. Minimum of 10000 steps a day
    5. Lose 15 lbs.

    I missed this yesterday, but today I took a long walk and stayed low carb. No grains or added sugar.
