Step discrepancy: Charge HR vs Zip

Hello,
Yesterday at work my zip gave me 11500 steps (in my leg pocket). My charge hr gave me 8500. When I synced them both to the app, I was given 13000. Any idea which one is more accurate or even why it added up to more?
Thanks in advance!

I read you aren't supposed to wear both at the same time if they are on the same account. It confuses FitBit.0

You'd have to do a walking test to confirm which one is more accurate.
But that probably won't point out the times when it was least accurate.
Look at your daily graph of 5 min blocks to compare step counts and see where the biggest difference is - though it sounds like you may be using the same account - so that won't work.0
