What is one thing you will do to improve your diet/fitness during business travel in 2016?

    Hi, I've been using a yoga app on my iPad (also on my iPhone) and also plan to bring nuts along for snacking in flight, at night in the hotel room, etc. Not sure how to plan for eating out though, and looking forward to hearing how others do that.

    One easy thing (or perhaps not so easy) is to cut down on the beer I consume on the road. It is very easy for me to sit at a bar and chat with the locals to pass the time away in the evenings. Planning to switch to mixed drinks or bourbons and having a glass of water always on hand. I know beer is much more filling, and I also tend to order fewer mixed drinks, because they are usually more expensive per drink.
