I was inspired by @ChocFiend's daily countdown postings to when her cast will be removed and how quickly the days flew by. I would like to lose approximately 10 lbs at a rate of roughly 0.5 lbs per week over 20 weeks to hit my spring riding weight.

So, I am thinking a weekly Monday morning post of pounds to lose and weeks remaining. Such as "8 lbs to go/16 weeks left". Obviously, we can each adjust our lbs/weeks to whatever goals work for us. Bigger goals can be divided into smaller goals and just repeated once the first goal is reached. It could even work for someone on maintenance by just reporting if you are +, - or at your goal each Monday. I picked my goal by going to http://www.mybodygallery.com

I will start a thread each Monday. Anyone else should feel free to start one if I do not have it up when you are ready to post.

    I think I will do my weigh in/weeks to go/lbs to go on a Friday. Counting down to the 6th May when we go on holiday.
