A few years ago I was 138 lbs and used MFP to reach my goal weight of 120 over 6 - 8 month period. I was able to maintain that for 18 months. Unfortunately, due to life circumstances which sadly incllude my dad being diagnosed with cancer a year ago and passing away 7 months ago, I racked back on all that weight plus more. I need someone to motivate me and keep me on track. I will do the same for you. I know we can do this together!
