I've had my fitbit charge hr since November. I log my calories in mfp, but still do not understand the calories in the dashboard. Calories in never match mfp, what does calories left mean? And are you ever in the 'zone' ?? Thanks. ...

I use MFP to decide how much to eat and use Fitbit to track exercise. Fitbit's calories burned estimate adjusts my MFP calorie allotment. I ignore the Fitbit calories remaining (although, if I look at the previous day, MFP and Fitbit match pretty closely), and especially never worry about being "in the zone". I've removed that tile from my Fitbit Dashboard. For more, read the FAQ found in the stickies. Here's a handy link:
