I watched the Biggest Loser tonight and feeling really motivated!

I watched the first 8 or so seasons, but dropped it once I realized how poor of a job they were actually doing. Over-training and under-recovering, the spread of misinformation and wrong nutrition advice (only eat turkey, not beef; don't eat any fat; don't eat more than 1200kcal; etc), and creating unrealistic and unsustainable lifestyles (99% of contestants weigh *more* 1 year after leaving the show than they did *before* going!).
