Weekly workout goals

I find it helpful to write down my goals for the week. It keeps me more accountable. Feel free to join me!
Monday: fitnessblender workout (only got 8,000steps)
Tuesday: 1 hour on treadmill
Wednesday: fitnessblender workout
Thursday: 1 hour on treadmill
Friday: fitnessblender workout
Saturday: 1 hour on treadmill
Sunday: Rest day
10,000 steps each day!
Monday: fitnessblender workout (only got 8,000steps)
Tuesday: 1 hour on treadmill
Wednesday: fitnessblender workout
Thursday: 1 hour on treadmill
Friday: fitnessblender workout
Saturday: 1 hour on treadmill
Sunday: Rest day

I'm being lazy bones this week....for some reason
Although I did jumping jacks and 60 squats which kicked my butt before 7 a.m today. It we like I just ran a mile.0 -
I want to do the tuesday workout class again for an hour. Some of them are more than I can do but at least it motivates me to keep going.0

This is what I did last week.
Sun - 2.01 miles for 4,388 steps;
Mon - 7.23 miles 13,738 steps; 12.25 recumbent miles in 45 mins; 25 min DVD workout; another challenge
Tues- 6.83 miles for 14,922 steps; 12.50 recumbent miles in 45 mins.
Wed - 3.06 miles for 6,682 steps
Thurs - 6.73 miles for 12,900 steps; 13.00 recumbent miles in 45 mins
Fri - 2.21 miles for 4,824 steps
Sat - 6.26 miles for 13,460 steps; 12.50 recumbent miles in 45 mins; 30 min kettlebell DVD

My goal this week is to do an exercise dvd for 30 minutes at least 3 mornings through the week, and then an hour of Zumba (Zumba Fitness 2) on the Wii U on Saturday. That seems pretty weak compared to the posts above me, but it would be a lot more exercise than I have been getting. My main exercise so far this year has been cooking/food preparation and light cleaning, haha! Wishing everyone the best this week as we fight against fat!0

Great goals everyone!
I was able to get most of my goals this week. I ended up having two rest days Friday and Saturday. Apparently, I'm not completely over this cold and it hit me hard on Friday. But I'm back at it today. Went out in the snow with the kids for a bit today and I'll be hitting up the treadmill tonight. Hoping to get in my ab workout tonight too! Otherwise, I'm hoping to hit the same goals this week!0 -
My goal is to do something each day.
so, I would like to have two days of 30 minute circuit training and two days of 30 minute cardio (either treadmill or eliptical). The other days.... housework.0 -
I started doing strong lifts several months ago, but just once a week. Now, I've gone up to twice a week. I'm taking a slow approach because I'm 55 and take longer to recover However, I'm stronger, and losing weight. My goal is to keep weight lifting 2x a week, and increase weights. My new goal, starting today is to return to dancing at least 1x a week.

Hi ladies! So I didn't make all of my goals this past week. One of my daughters came home with head lice (ugh) and because she shares a room with my other daughter it was passed to her. So I spent the last four days treating everyone in the house and washing all bed linens, hats, coats, furniture and anything else I could of that came in contact with anyone's head! Anyways, other than throwing sheets in the dryer everyday to kill anything, I'm back at it!
This weeks goals:
10,000 steps a day
Cardio 3-4 days
Some sort of strength training 3 days

Tues- 6.67 miles for 14,536 steps
Wed - 6.89 miles for 14,974 steps; 13.10 recumbent miles fin 45 mins; 60 mins at the gym w/trainer
Thurs - 6.86 miles for 14,990 steps
Fri - 2.01 miles for 4,385 steps; 12.50 recumbent miles in 45 mins
Sat - 7.0 miles for 15,264 steps; 12.75 recumbent miles in 45 mins; 20 min kettlebell workout

I'm working on slowly increasing my activity. I've just been doing weights, but added cardio this week. I hope to continue this routine until the end of the challenge.
