Shall we have a weigh-in/results check??
I'll go first - On Sunday 3rd Jan (my weigh-in day), I was 72.2kg (=159lb)
Aim for Sunday 10th is 71.5kg (= 157lb) started a bit late so hoping 2lb off is do-able...

Mine was 173.6. Hoping to lose 1 lb this week. Challenging week since I haven't been able to workout as much as I want so if u can lose 1 lb I will be happy0

Ok - so I posted in introductions, and I am 5'7"(170cm) and 189.4lb(85.9kg) this morning. Will go to the spreadsheet post - is this where we should continue to add on to the weekly string?0
