Perceived health foods

Nothing gets me more peeved than corporate foods that are marketed to be perceived as healthy. This may be common knowledge but it's always a great reminder to stay away from foods that can shatter your hard work eating right and exercising. Below is a quick list of some perceived health foods to stay away from. Please add to this list:

- Breakfast Cereals
- Fat Free/low fat products
- Fruit Juices and Sports Drinks
- Protein/Energy bars

The common theme here is an exorbitant amount of added sugar and piss poor carbohydrates which greatly increase blood sugar levels causing your body to store fat more rapidly.
