I really have to thank you wonderful Diehards, you have kept me motivated and on the straight and narrow. Doing the 2 pound a week has been tough, enjoyable, miserable, and of course rewarding. It was enough to keep me looking past the soreness and constant hunger pains, and motivated. YOU ARE ALL GREAT!!!! Lets keep motivated and continue our fight!

    Total of 7 pounds lost. I am actually happy with my lost. I know it's not a whole lot but I feel as though I tried harder than I would if I was just doing it myself. It has been a pleasure committing to you all my daily goals and having you there for support.

    Hopefully we can do another round...anyone in for it? Maybe we can start a new board.I know people said a 10 pounds lighter in 75 10 weeks group would be great. Anyone in?

    Congrats in advance to all that lost! So excited for everyone!

    I lost another .8 lbs this week for a total of 11.6 lbs lost!!!
    Here are my stats:
    Week 1: 143
    Week 2: 141.4
    Week 3: 139
    Week 4: 137.5
    Week 5: 136.6
    Week 6 136
    Week 7: 135.4
    Week 8: 135
    Week 9: 132.6
    Week 10: 131.4

    My body measurements are as follows:
    Waist: 33 to 28.5
    Hips: 41 to 38.5
    Chest: 32 to 29
    Thigh: 24 to 22
    Bust: 37 to 34
    BMI 25.3 (overweight) to 23.3 (normal)!!
    I added up all of the inches lost and it is 16 inches off my entire body! :bigsmile:

    I can't say enough about this program and this group. :flowerforyou: I am encouraged to continue to lose until my goal weight of 125 and then begin a maintenance program. Thank you to Keith for taking over as moderator and inspirational message sender...
    I'm ready to sign up as a "die-hard"!

    I am extremely happy with my progress and it's you guys who kept me motivated throughout this whole process. A big congratulations to everyone who made it so far and didn't quit. I am also really grateful to Keith who always send me motivational messages and keep encouraging me :D

    I am pleased with my weight right now but I wouldn't mind losing a few more and then get toned up.

    This was a great challenge. I guessed from the start that I wouldn't meet the goal but I planned on coming in close. Yeah, I did. Considering the surgery and all, I am very proud of myself. And yesterday I celebrated by buying some clothes that are 3 sizes smaller than when I start mfp in April. I hope some or all of you will join me today as I start the 12 pounds in 12 weeks Group.

    Thanks to our fearless leader in cheering us on!!! You have all been great.

    This group has been great! The dedication and support demonstrated really was truly inspiring @>---

    My body went bonkers on me a couple weeks into this journey and I had to gradually bounce back.... which I DID! I lost 8 lbs from 75 days ago. Most notably, my measurements greatly improved...

    Start - 4/21/2013 (Weigh In) - 187
    Final - 6/28/2013 (Weigh In) - 179

    Measurements:
    Upper Arm - 14.5 to 12 (down 2.5")
    Thigh - 25 to 22 (down 3")
    Hip - 44 to 39.5 (down 4.5")
    Waist - 39 to 35 (down 4")
    Chest - 41 to 36 (down 5")
    BMI - 31.8 to 29.8 (down 2 points, from Obese to Overweight!!)

    I've lost 3.2 pounds (net) during our challenge. This included a stressful time (break-up) which caused a giant jump in weight but I'm back on track now. Better 3 pounds down than zero - but didn't come anywhere close to the 20 pounds we were shooting for! Still chipping away at this...
