Hope no one minds but I've started a spreadsheet to record results and goals - just weight loss at the moment but we could add stuff like diet and activity goals later...?

    I like it! I entered my goal (a bit aggressive but why not right?). Maybe we can add exercise goals and whether or not we are reaching the goals on a daily or weekly basis? Or even challenge ourselves to eat our fiber goal or carb goal etc....just suggestions!

    We could also add BMI or something. I like the calorie, carb, fiber, etc and exercise goal idea! I posted my goal...by April 4. Also a little aggressive...15lb, but I have more to lose than y'all. :s:#:p

    I've set up a goals tab on the spreadsheet now so we can set our own targets for the week...
