Multiple Fitbit Calorie Adjustments on my Exercise Log

I know there has been trouble syncing the entries but both Monday and yesterday I have numerous entries for the calorie adjustments. I walked just over 11,000 steps on Monday and there are three entries totaling 1516 calories and yesterday I was only able to get 5265 steps due to a hectic schedule and there are six entries totaling 864 calories. Obviously this is grossly overstated ( I really wish it was accurate though:)

Is anyone else seeing this as well? Should I delete some of the entries? I am new to fitbit, just got it for Christmas so I haven't been able to see a correct pattern because of the trouble since linking it to mfp. Does anyone know the approx calories for those amount of steps?

Thanks for any advice you might be able to pass on.

Think a lot people having syncing issues. My food that is logged into myfitness is syncing back to the Fitbit. But my exercise and steps from Fitbit aren't syncing to myfitness. And today I don't even have an entry in my diary for the calorie adjustment but yesterday it was there. Very frustrated as well.

I'd look at the math being used for each of the adjustments (click on the little 'i') and delete the extra ones that aren't the most current. One caveat, though. On occasion I've seen multiple entries for a workout on my Fitbit phone app and made the mistake of deleting what looked like the extra and ended up deleting the whole thing. That was/is a Fitbit app bug, though. So, now, I tend to only delete extra entries (Fitbit and MFP) from the website, not the phone app. In general, I just don't trust the phone apps as much.

That being said, I think it is pretty safe to completely delete your Fitbit Calorie Adjustment in MFP. I've done it by accident. It will show up again the next time they sync.

Thanks for the responses. I can't tell when clicking on the little "i" which is most current, it's just displaying calories burned by fitbit vs my fitness pal on all three of them with no timestamp. Overall, I guess it's not that important if it's just a couple of days...I'm afraid to mess with it. I'll leave it be and appear to have burned massive calories those two days...I am superwoman

That's odd. When I look at the detail of the Fitbit Calorie Adjustment it always says something like "(Based on 950 calories burned as of 11:39 am.)" underneath "Fitbit Calories Burned".

It actually does have that note that on the other "normal" days but on the multiple entry days that note is missing on all of the entries. I just realized too that I had negative adjustments for fitbit unchecked so maybe it tried to fix it but couldn't since I had that turned off? I just turned it on so maybe it will correct those days now.

It never corrects previous days. Any changes to a previous day must be made manually.
