Good morning!

Had an ok day yesterday. I hit most of my goals, but went a little over on food again. I'm usually spot on for my food, but I was hungry!

Crazy busy day at work today plus a work event tonight. I won't be home until late, so I might not have a chance to workout.

Goals for today:
1. stay within calories (seriously, with the event this will be tough)
2. 12k steps
3. strength if I don't get home ridiculously late

    Yesterday went great. I am eating less but I need to eat healthier (less sodium, more nutritional things). Todays goal is go to gym, eat more raw veggies.

    Nearly achieved my goals yesterday - just didn't do too well with drinking water. I'll try again today

    Goals for today are
    1. 10,000 steps minimum
    2. No alcohol
    3. Drink 40 oz water
    4. Leg work - squats and lunges

    Yesterday was another amazing day! I planned on doing Aqua Fit class but watched my grands kids. So I managed to get a run in before, yessss.

    Today's goals
    1. Jog
    2. Hour at the gym (treadmill or arc trainer)
    3. Sodium goal
    4. Protein goal

    Good Afternoon!

    I had dental work done yesterday and my mouth is sore as can be. My goal today is going to be get the energy to walk the track tonight for an hour. Unfortunately this pain medication is making me beyond drowsy!

    Upped the level on the elliptical bike today. I didn't do any weight training :( because I got a late start and I have other things that I have to do. Tonight I plan on baking some chicken and adding it to a salad. I finally got my holiday junk eating in control. So glad I threw out the fudge.

    Yesterday ended well. Will get home late tonight so probably won't get a workout in.

    10k steps
    Stay under pre-exercise calories
    Work arms
    Stay under sugar goal

    Met yesterday's goals but woke up today feeling off so today's challenge is to find healthy comfort foods and to stay within calorie range

    Did well yesterday and today is off to a pretty good start.

    Todays goals:
    strength training - leg day done
    stay within calories
    ignore the scrumptious looking bundt cake in the lunch room
    Jillian Michaels beginner shred level 1

    It's my Friday!! Busy day booked tomorrow so not sure how I will make out with nutrition and exercise. Must try to make a plan.

    Good afternoon everyone!
    Yesterday was very good considering I decided to postpone the gym and take another rest day. Eating was great despite being home most of the day :)
    Plans for today... Well I'm a bit tardy with things because I got a hobby that's keeping me distracted... For the rest of the day I need to get my workout in, eat good, fill up on water and stay calm. I am a bit too exited lately and I just want jump back into my calm state.

    Hope everyone had a good day.
    I am 8 oz away from hitting all my goals today. Drinking 64 oz of water is my biggest challenge.
    Did not go out so did not get tempted with wine.

    Tomorrow's goals:
    At least 10k steps
    Stronglift workout
    At least 20 minutes on the elliptical
    64 oz water
    Limit of 1 glass of wine at book club and no second helping of dessert

    Yesterday was great! Today was pretty good. I wish I could eat more. : (
    I didn't post this morning, because there wasn't a day 7 post yet, and I don't know what the protocol is-- can anyone start one? It's so good to make goals every morning! I love that. So, I wrote it in my head. : )

    Well....didn't hit 7000 steps. :(
    Did better eating though, had an appetite.
    Glad tomorrow is Friday!

    10000 steps is still my goal.
    Stick to macros
    Compliment 3 people I don't know.
    Hug JY first thing when he arrives at school.
    Ride my bike. (Suppose to rain Saturday.)

    Well..nutrition not great but nice 4 mile walk on the beach and stayed within calories. I would say that is ok for vacation mode. Tomorrow is a new day. I do miss my cross fit..but no excuses!

    Pleased with how yesterday turned out. Hit the calorie goal, got a yoga session in and the healthy choice emergancy banana worked a treat

    Eating was decent, didn't get my planned meditation in though.

    Goals for today:

    1. p90x2 recovery and mobility workout (done)
    2. hit protein goal
    3. get one meditation session in
    4. 2L of water
