Ohhh I love this! This brings out the Amazon in me! Hey I have not signed up for a race...I know many folks do but this variety in workouts is amazing and it really puts spice into your routine and/or makes exercise fun. Why not make an obstacle course for yourself? Do it with your kids? Make exercise fun and build some new strengths you never thought you had! Use the common things you have in your garage or basement. No sand bag...you have bag of dirt, or charcoal...carry it. You get the idea!
Ideas!

Looks like a fun idea for the family. My daughter and I could totally use a backyard obstacle course.0

BEFORE YOU START DEADLIFTS WATCH MARK RIPPETOE'S VIDEOS ON THEM OR YOU MAY HURT YOURSELF!

And once you've watched those, record yourself doing them and get form suggestions from legit folks. They're a great exercise, but can be ruthless if you're doing them wrong.0 -
And once again, I seem to have killed a thread.
