Morning everyone! We've started the year off right with water and exercise! Now we are going to start it off right with our families and friends.
Today's Challenge: Call up 3 family members or friends and tell them you love them
Don't text them. Don't email them or message them on social media. Actually call them and have a conversation! It is always nice to be reminded that you are loved!
