Hi I am new to the group and was looking for all the help I can get. I plan to run my first 10k and maybe a half marathon this year. For this month my plan is to log around 60k and then slowly build on it

    Hi athreyah, I'm new to the group to and fairly new to running...this time. I ran a marathon in 2007 but got away from it in the last several years. Right now I'm doing C25K getting ready for a 5K in two weeks, looking forward to adding the mileage as I go. Feel free to add me as a friend, I need encouragement too!

    I'm new to the group. I'm currently doing C25K. I'm signed up for two 5Ks so far.

    I am not a runner...yet...so I'm going to start off on the low end of having my goal be 25 miles for the month of February. Feel free to add me if you want any extra motivation, I know that I am always looking for it!
