4pm Every Sunday we play Broomball at Walker Ice and Fitness (West of Grand Rapids) $10 for an hour of ice time, Walker has loaner helmets and sticks, so all you really need is broomball shoes and some knee pads. Co-ed, no contact (except with the ice, accidental collisions) Buncha former Techies on the squad. 
It's a hell of a good time, great exercise and a great way to pretend to play hockey. Contact me for more details!!
