Tonight at 9pm Fitbit says I have 400 calories left to eat and myfitnesspal says 2000! Which one is more accurate? Both are set to the same goals. I also don't enter any extra exercise. I have the HR.

It doesn't sound like they're completely in sync. You just have to look at the numbers and see what is off. Maybe your meals transferred from MFP to Fitbit but your calorie burn didn't transfer from Fitbit to MFP. How many calories does Fitbit think you've eaten? Is it the same as the number of calories in MFP? Look at the math that MFP used to calculate your adjustment. It should show the time of the latest sync there. Is it recent? I'm assuming you're entering all your food in MFP. I'm not certain, but I don't think food transfers from Fitbit to MFP, so if you entered food in Fitbit, then that might be it.
