Hello. I have been on Humira for 2 months now. I have had HS for 30 years. Nothing has ever helped. I had surgery on both my arms 7 years ago and it was a life saver. I have heard nightmare stories of HS patients and surgery so I was very lucky. The doctor says to give Humira a minimum of 3 months to start showing results. I can already tell a little bit of a difference. Although I am still getting new sores the life cycle seems to be shorter. Where it used to take a week or more for one to start healing or burst, it is now within a day or two. And sores that never healed are now getting better. Fortunately I am not seeing any major side affects. I get mild headaches every once in a while but not bad. I would like to hear if anyone else is on the Humira for treatment of HS. I will also try to post an update here in a month or so on my progress.
