What are everyone's favorite things to eat when you have very little time for a meal. Mine are hummus and pretzels with a banana for lunch and for breakfast I love the Organic Valley protein shakes with 26g protein and a piece if fruit.

Salad with canned wild salmon, Fage plain yogurt with nuts, leftovers are the best! Scrambled eggs with roasted veggies from a Sunday afternoon pre cooking for the week. I try to cook once and eat twice.

I also love Fage 2% Greek yogurt (20 g protein) with blueberries, nuts, seeds and about a teaspoon of Splenda brown sugar. Easy, delicious & filling.

Refrigerator oatmeal, vary ingredients often. I can make a few mason jars in advance and don't care if it's breakfast, lunch or a snack.... I love SuperSeedz, mainly Cocoa (shelled roasted pumpkin seeds with cocoa but comes in other flavors too). An ounce is a quick and filling snack when I can't really take a break
