Well my weight loss journey for 2016 is off to a rather rubbish start! I've gained nearly 1.5lb! ![:'( :'(](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/cry.png)
So, I've created an 11-17th January tab and put my goals in for this week. I normally don't put weight loss goals as the scale can be difficult to predict, but I figured a good loss after a gain should be achievable if I do everything else on the list.

I LOVE colored boxes! I basically ate enough calories for a year Friday...so I'm lucky I don't have more of a gain. Plus I didn't start my training (running) last week...need to get my *kitten* together!0
