    Goal:10 lbs/20 weeks
    To Go: 9.8 lbs/19 weeks

Not a stellar week, but it wasn't a gain!

    Goal: 8 lbs / 8 weeks
    To go: 3.1 lbs / 7 weeks

Cut out most of the sweets last week but didn't do much for actual calorie counting or exercising. This week's loss was mostly just what I had gained in the last month. Now the hard part begins. I've got two things I'll struggle with this week (and every week, really): perfectionism and time. I want macros that are perfect using food that isn't boring but I don't want to give up time with the ponies to do the meal planning and prep that makes that possible.

It's been a while since I posted here! I'll jump back in.
Goal: to lose 31 pounds by May 30
Loss this year so far: 7 pounds.

I'm really being vigilant about my logging on MFP, especially my food intake. I'm cutting most processed foods and as much sugar as possible. So far, so good!

    Happy 2016, all.

    Start date: July 9 , 2015 : Goal 109 pounds lost by July 1, 2016.
    Last Week: down 54.3 pounds
Current progress : down 54.9 pounds
    Remaining : 54.1 pounds

Loss has slowed a bit - Lots of salt this last week though is probably a contributing factor. Either way, i'm at the half-way mark and am excited.

Who here is using a fitness tracker? Does it track while riding?

I too stayed the same this week. Maintenance is my goal but I wouldn't hate to lose 7kg in the next 10 weeks though!

Ugh the weather. Ugh being sick. Back on track this week.

Gained last week. Lost some of it this week but not as low as I was the first week. Pounds lost are annoying for me to track so here's the real weight.

    Started 176.1
Goal: 169 lbs by Feb 29
    Today: 174.1
