Has anyone done the Whole Life Challenge before ?

have anyone done this before? I've heard good things about it.

    I have not yet, but the fitness studio that I go to has several ladies who have played and really enjoyed it! I think the best part is that it allows some flexibility as to how strict, and gives you a few "freebies" (mulligans) for those days that you know you will not be able to comply, such as a nice dinner and drinks with friends.
