    Very cool! It's funny that you posted this because I'm in my second week of crossfit and this was part of my WOD today. I could not get my squat deep enough and I was SO frustrated. I kept my weight very light and kept practicing, but this has inspired my to keep working at it so that I too can feel this good about it!! :smile:

    Sometimes using a heavier weight leaves you no choice but to drive your hips down.

    Don't worry, you'll get there.

    Thanks Boston! My coach said the same thing, but my fear of hurting myself got the best of me. I'm still kicking myself for not trying harder... I think that I will continue to practice that particular lift after my next few classes just to get the feel for it. It may be a couple of weeks before it's in a WOD again. Thanks again for the support. :smile:

    Starting to get used to the clean and jerk, so close to breaking 200 lbs I'm at 195 can't wait to try over 200 next week
