118.4 today. Down from 122 last Tuesday. 3.6 lost this week. It was a good week. Getting ready for Florida vacation on Sunday. Can't wait!!0

Down .8 this week to 193.2. Slowly but surely, the holiday weight is starting to come off.

I think I am down .2 from where I started but it has been a rocky road for me and the pony since the start. I am hoping we have warmed up and are now joining the race! it has been a good week but no substantial changes! I have made a small goal by valentines day, so hoping to get to 145.

I lose track too Evelyn. I am on a few threads and challenges and they post weights and steps and miles on different days!!! I have to go back and find my last post to post my current stats. LOL
Oh well. It is good mind exercises. And we are still here and have not given up. But just excuse me if you notice a discrepancy in any of my posts since it is hard to keep track
