Turn off all day sync?

Hi,

I've read that turning off the all day sync can improve the charge on my Charge Hr. Can anyone advise how I can do this as I can't seem to figure it out. I only purchased my Fitbit on Saturday.

    On your phone (I'm assuming it's the same btw iOS and Android), open the fitbit app, then tap on the device (should be the top panel on the dashboard), and toggle "all day sync" on or off (it's the 4th option on my menu, but I'm a flex user so it might be different for the Charge HR).
