Hi , I am VK and am starting the 30 Day walking challenge beginner today. Day 1 goal is 2000 steps.

    How do you know how many steps you've taken? Do you count each and every one? I'd lose count after just so long. lol
  • There are many pedometers available at low cost or you can invest in a Fitbit. I also use the following app: Moves. If you have the iPhone, there is the Withings app. MyFitness Pal also offers several products.
  • My 30 days begin today. Send positive thoughts my way :)

    @HealthyGirl104 - I am using my iPhone. The health app counts steps for me. At work I take 5 to 10 min breaks and walk around in my office. That is how I am able to get my steps in
