I'm jealous. I bought my Vivofit 2 in August. I should have waited a few more months.

I just bought a replacement for my original VivoSmart right before the HR came out. :unamused::s now I just have to wait till I wear this one out.

Do you mind charging it every few days? I might upgrade to a Vivoactive next year but the HR might do the trick.

I don't mind having to charge it. I last did it on Monday. I do it every 3-4 days and it does not take very long at all to return to full charge. I would say less than 30 minutes, but will pay attention next time to give you an accurate time to charge.

It was at one bar, so charged it today, last time was Monday. I don't think the battery usually lasts that long, but I haven't been very active this past week because I was sick with fever up to 102.8; cough still sticking around, but no fever since Thursday. It took 40 minutes to go from one bar to a full charge.

Oh Sherry, I hope you're feeling better soon. It sucks to be sick. Thanks for the info. I might upgrade later this year.

Bad news/good news. My VivoSmart screen is failing exactly like my first one did. So ordered the VivoSmart HR! I prefer the look, size of the regular VivoSmart but there is obviously a design flaw.
I have small wrists and I am not a fan of the buckle but I'm looking forward to having a better display.

Did Garmin honor a warranty? The good news about the Vivofit2 is it comes with two bands. One big and one small. I hope that's the case with your Vivosmart HR.
