I dealt with anorexia in high school and bulimia in college.
I've been weight restored for 18 years.
Recovered for 16 years (with 3 relapses but still weight at my restored weight)
Symptom free for 7 years
I am currently overweight and not at all ashamed. It beats the alternative.
