Friday is the 1st weigh in. If you have been eating high sodium foods I recommend easing up the next couple of days so your water retention can stabilize at a normal level. This will give you a better idea of how much weight you actually lost since we can often hold 2-6 lbs of excess water weight. Best of luck!
