We've started on Monday all our lives. How about we get serious about this task once and for all, this second, right now, not tomorrow morning, not Monday, not on February 1st. Anyone with me? We have some of the best markets in the country at our fingertips. It can be fun and healthy to grocery shop in this area.

Hi, how are you? I'm with you and completely agree with your sentiment. I have recently loved changing my perspective to focus on the meal in front of me instead of worrying about a whole day. I make decisions to focus on the here and now to avoid feeling overwhelmed. I don't want to wait another moment to be the most fantastic Phyllis I can be.0

hi there...exactly...a bunch of little, short term decisions and next thing you know you wake up and look in the mirror...presto ... your pants are suddenly too baggy (don't those days make you feel like a million bucks).0

The weekend is always a downfall. For some reason I feel like come Friday at 5pm it's OK to stop being serious about my health only to give a crap come Monday morning. Wake up Monday, feel horrible about myself..do great for three days, starting to feel better come Wednesday, feeling really good come Friday morning...rinse and repeat. This will not happen this weekend!!! I will wake up Monday morning lighter then I am right now...period!0
