    Hi there everyone, I am back! I'm in Sydney.

    I have gained 25kg (how embarrassing) and I need to get my self esteem and my body back. I need friends, I need support, I need to kick my sugar addiction. I'd appreciate if anyone wants to help me along the way and vice versa :smile:

    I'm pumped and ready to go. Starting today. Well, actually I did a workout yesterday but from today I'm looking at food and cleaning up my diet.

    It's good to be back.
