How do you find Fitbit's customer service?
I've had my Fitbit Charge HR since October 4 2015, and it has had two bits of the rubber come loose recently:
I emailed Fitbit customer service, and supplied the details they were after such as receipt, photo, model, place of purchase etc.
They replied to me that they are sending me a replacement.
It hadn't even stopped working. I'm very impressed.
Good job, Fitbit!
Now just sort out the problem of not having the option to count in kilojoules, and I'm with you 100%.
