I just got my FitBit Charge HR yesterday and it syncs with MFP but it tells you that you have to only log your exercise on MFP to avoid doubling. But it's already putting in adjustments on MFP. Does anyone know how this really works. Is it just regular exercise that I log on MFP? FITBIT just does steps? I'm confused. Thanks!

It won't double count. You can log non-step based exercise in either place, though many of us recommend doing it in Fitbit as the burns they give are more accurate.0

MFP just wants your eyeballs on their site, rather than Fitbit's. You don't have to log exercise in MFP. I never do.
I would recommend reading the FAQ in the stickies for more information about this (and many other things). Here's a handy link: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10098937/faq-syncing-logging-food-exercise-calorie-adjustments-activity-levels-accuracy/p10
