How do you fit charge HR on your ankle?

I realize that sounds odd! Normally it's on my wrist but when I push the stroller it doesn't count my steps accurately. I read that some people put it on their ankles for these times. How do you get it to fit on your ankle? My charge is small size and fits my wrist with very little extra. No way it will go on my ankle? Do you add something and if so what? Thank you!!

It'll only see the impact of that foot coming down - so you still haven't corrected inaccuracy of step count.

Turn of HRM and put it on your hip or pocket would be better.

Of course calorie burn will be off then because based on steps - it has no idea you are pushing extra weight and using more energy to do so.

I think people put it inside their sock or use some other kind of wide, cloth-covered elastic band to hold it in place. It won't be as secure as on your wrist, though. I think you'd have to do some of your own testing to see if it sees the right number of steps and whether the heart rate readings were reasonable.
