form check - how do I post a video

Well, today I'm gonna put some makeup on, fix up my hair and put on my "feel-good" bright purple workout tank, go to the gym and perform in my first squat "form check" video. But how do I post an iPod video for y'all to see and critique?

    You can upload it to YouTube or another video hosting site like photobucket and then provide a link. I don't think MFP forums have it so you can directly post videos here.
