Running is my go to form of exercise. I hate strength training (though I still do it). I'm training for a half marathon that is in March. I ran a full marathon last year, but after having a stress fracture due to it, I thought It would be better to lower the mileage. I would love to connect with other runners. It would be great to learn about routines and dietary habits. Add me if you are interested!
