How long do you keep yours? And do you go on age, distance or a combination of both?

Just noticed mine have hit 400km and can't remember when I bought them so they must be at least 3 years old. Time for some sales shopping maybe?

I change mine every 6 months or so. But depends how often you go running. For me 6 months is about 4-500 miles.
And I also buy good ones as cheap ones lead to injuries. Mandm have a good selection, I also go to the outlet stores. I'm on my third pair of a particular trainer which is £100+ full price but I've not paid more than £40 for them.

Thanks, I don't run that often but have done a few more runs of late after doing my first Olympic Duathlon in October.

Shoes are good quality Saucony ones, I tend to use sportshoes.com which have similar bargains. By the sound of it they have a bit more life in them yet.
