Hi there,
We've had the salter mi body scales for forever, they give a lot of info. BMI, body fat, muscle mass etc. Our neighbour told us the aria was fantastic so we bought it. Over night I've gained 5% body fat between the 2 scales, which would you trust?
Cheers
Sarah

Scales are notoriously bad at measuring body fat percent. I wouldn't trust either.

I take the body fat measurement as merely showing me a trend, not an accurate number. I recently switched from a very old Tanita scale to an Aria and my BF% on the Aria is significantly higher (although not 5%). So, right now my BF% trend shown on Trendweight doesn't look so good but eventually the old numbers won't be that significant and I'll be able to follow the trend again.0
