Who is committed to health in 2016?

I would love to have more support locally. I have recommitted to my health in 2016 with a overall goal of a loss of 45 lbs (fat), exercising at least 4 days a week for at minimum 15 minutes and also training for my final full marathon in May in Calgary (a nemesis run for me!).

I would love for you to join me and let me support you while you support me.

We CAN do this - a life change for sure!

    Hi Serena. I'm trying to lose 35 lbs but no marathons for me. Used to go to the gym 3-4 times a week but slacked off and now have gained 20 lbs in last year. Starting to walk more now and hope to get back to the gym in April. I'm good at cheering on others but not so much myself. I'm here if you need a pal.
